Biography

Serge Ovcharuk is an UK based artist, a member of Wimbledon Open Art Studios, London,UK, featured by SAATCHI ART in the “Inspired by impressionism” permanent art collections, merit of Chevalier rank’s member of Mondial Art Academy, France in 2018, and recognized as museum artist since 2019, being included into permanent collection of Khmelnitskyi regional Art Museum (XOXM) from TOP-5 rating of the best art museums in Ukraine.

The power of colour has had a tremendous impact on Serge’s world and dominated
his view of life since his early childhood, continuing into his adult life. Subconsciously colour, in its various forms with its mix of shades and tones creates a harmony similar to the delicacy and subtlety of musical chords produced by a composer. The sound shared by the listener produces a powerful rush of emotion and energy. In the same way Serge wants those emotions of positive energy, happiness and joy to be felt by the viewers of his paintings.
